My experience working with Jacob was so easy! He responded within minutes to every text and phone call. I contacted Jacob about 1 rental house and without even asking, he offered to show me 2 other homes that had everything I was looking for! Hands down, the best agent I have worked with!

He is always busy and never responds in a timely manner when houses sell in days. Taking days off results in the loss of being able to look at houses and put in offers. He needs to learn how to multitask or not have so many clients at one time where he can't offer any expertise. Clients have to tell him which houses they want to look at rather than him proposing new listings to his clients. Would never use again or even recommend.
