Coldwell Banker Residential

She has helped purchase and sell over 6 houses in Cape Coral over the last 7 years. We remodel homes. She is a great agent with prompt service that is always doing what her job requires and me not having to always ask questions or ask for updates. She is on top of it!

Brandy was able to sell our south Florida home only weeks after two hurricanes hit! LOL! If that doesn't show commitment, I don't know what does! We were given great service, strong and responsive communication, which was critical being out of the country for this experience. I would highly recommend Brandy to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. It was a great experience for us!

Brandy is absolutely the BEST! She came highly recommended to us when we wanted to relocate to Cape Coral (our dream move) and she was simply FANTASTIC! She was patient and took all of my calls time and time again. She answered all kinds of questions and set us up with some great personal searches of properties based on what we were looking for. Later she even took an entire weekend to meet with us when we came into town to go around and look at different properties that we had tagged for viewing. She cares and knows her business very well. She has become a family friend and we highly recommend her.

We flew in the begin exploring neighborhoods for a vacation home purchase. Brandy took weekend time to show us houses and help us learn different areas. Very knowledgeable and professional.
