Richard Rawdin was our Real Estate Agent when we were selling our late mothers house on the water in Hampton Bays NY. The house was on the market for approximately a year and half during probably one of the least favorable time to sell a house in the price range of 1.5 to 2.5 million (2019 and 2020).
