Unfortunately my experience did not go well. Amy was not transparent in her assistance of renting a property she had listed. I was played games with. She informed me that my application was accepted and then scheduled for me to meet with the landlord, knowing that it was still in the pre-screening stage but I was told I had been moved on to the final stage. Besides that, I was told initially to meet her for the viewing at 11 AM and when I showed up, she asked me if I could move it to 1 PM!

She is an exceptionally professional and knowledgeable agent who provided me with many valuable insights throughout the entire process. She was always patient, responsive, and willing to explain every detail clearly, which made me feel confident and well-informed at every step. Thanks to her strong negotiation skills and efficient coordination, the transaction was completed smoothly and within a short period of time.
