Jen went above and beyond to exceed our expectations and couldn't have been more professional, proactive, and accommodating to all of our needs during the entire process! She rocks!!

Jen went above and beyond to help me sell a "difficult" property. She kept me continuously apprised of what was happening, and was attentive to my questions and needs, without overwhelming me with too much information. As always, her team helped to make the final sale a smooth, seamless process. I would highly recommend Jen to anyone who is either buying or selling!

I just wanted to compliment the wonderful service and support Jennifer Cavanaugh provided to me as a seller. I needed services to repair and to also declutter the home of furniture and so much other small stuff that one accumulates through the years. Jennifer was there to provide all the resources for me to get the home in shape for sale, which greatly lessened my burden, as selling an existing home can be an ordeal ! She is also very efficient and communicative as to each step in the selling process, for example setting up the village inspection and making appointments with contractors to do repairs etc. She also provided a very in depth market analysis for my home to arrive at a competitive asking price. Please do yourself a favor and avail yourself of Jennifer's many years of experience and expertise !

Jen did a fantastic job in selling my home ! She listed the house at a selling price above what I was imagining, and I got it. She is very prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. She always responds promptly to any questions or requests as well. I MOST HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER !

Jen was excellent. I had to quickly get a new realtor and she picked up from where he left off seamlessly. She answered all my questions, concerns and advocated on my behalf. I feel fortunate to have worked with her Jen was patient, kind and thorough . She both sold my home and helped me find my condo. I highly recommend her.
