Coldwell Banker Realty

Kristine has helped me and my mother purchase and sell 4 properties 4 properties over the past 6 years. Each purchase and sale had their unique challenges which she helped us navigate through with such care, professionalism, and charisma. We needed an electrician in a pinch. The gentleman she referred us to was able to accommodate us within our tight time frame. Kristine's industry network, great reputation, and standing in the community helped us immensely when we really needed it. We won't work with anyone else.

Kristine was very professional and helped through a complicated negotiation and sale. I would recommend her to anyone.

Kristine Green has worked with me with me being the seller and me being the buyer. She and her work is of the highest quality in every arena of Real Estate transactions. I am not easy to work with and she stayed focused and helpful throughout the process. Anyone needing real estate services would be smart to work with Kristine. She is not a relative and I did not know her prior to working with her the first time.

Kristine was always available for any questions and was very polite and conscientious when dealing with potential buyers and tenants

Kristine has been our "go to" Relator for many years. We bought our 1st home, sold my childhood home, and recently purchased our dream home - all through Kristine. She is a great realtor who always has her clients best interests in mind!
