Coldwell Banker Realty

I was referred to Lynn and Bob by a friend that is a realtor in Maryland. She sent me to a wonderful team. They were patient, helpful, knowledgeable and on top of every phase of the dale process. I feel that I got the same support as someone selling a home many times more expensive.Anyone that puts there property into this teams hands will not be disappointed.

Bob and Lynn went out of their way to successfully assist me in purchasing my dream FLA condo as a foreign buyer. I couldn't have been more satisfied their service! Highly recommend Bob and Lynn for anyone purchasing in the Palm Beach area!

I have been searching for a property in Palm Beach County for the past 3 years. I have been through several realtors in the process. I was an out of state buyer and it was difficult to find someone I could trust, especially in this market. I was beginning to lose hope before Lynn and Bob.We were able to find the perfect lot so that I can build my dream home. They were so kind and helpful throughout the process. They are extremely communicative and transparent. Bob did all that he could to get me the best possible price. After my offer was accepted they made sure to follow up with me on every step, ensuring there were no hiccups. They set me up with all of the resources I needed to make my dream happen! Thank you!!!

Bob and Lynn I couldnt thank you enough for everything you done me. The process was stressful, expensive and long, but will your knowledge youre were able to save me money by negotiate my interest rate so I didnt have to hire and attorney. You answer all my questions and pick up my phone anytime I call. Even its a seller market you were able to come up with a strategy and get me my perfect home. Thank you I would recommend you to all my family and friends. ????

My husband and I were relocating from Dallas, TX to the Palm Beach area for a new job. The first agent assigned to us was not so great...and we were then assigned Lynn & Bob. What a difference! Lynn was on it from the moment she received our information from the relocation company. After loosing a full day and a half with the previous agent, Lynn & Bob made up for it by having a list of properties with appointments ready to see the next day. They provided us with their own prepared Relocation Info packet for the Palm Beach County area, which was extremely helpful.Within 2 or maybe 3 days we had found the one to buy, 2 days before our decision deadline. Lynn was able to negotiate a closing date that was in line with the sell of our house in Dallas. She went above and beyond and made our buying process, from start to finish, as easy as possible. They are rockstars!! Thank you Lynn & Bob for all your hard work within the short window of time we had to get it all executed.
