Mark did a great job for us in our home buying experience. I won't spend time on the things that you expect from your agent because those were all provided but it was the little things that impressed us. First, the way in which he took time to understand our "style" rather than just take the raw stats of the home we were looking for impressed us. In doing so we looked at every option he sent us outside of our own search and many of those options were not houses we had been able to find on our own. Second, using his network, he took the time to get some background information on the homes we looked at before we even visited it. That information was something that we could never have received on our own or with other agents. This allowed us to make better decisions on what we saw and if we were going to make an offer. Lastly, he was super responsive and accessible regardless of time of day or week and we appreciated that he worked when we were able to spend time on it (mostly nights and weekends). We would definitely recommend Mark for any prospective buyers or sellers.
