Coldwell Banker Realty

I did not expect such an easy transaction as I bought my property aEUR~remotely. Joshua handled everything perfectly and I can unhesitatingly recommend his services!

I found Josh online to sell a rental property. Since I live across the country, I hired Josh sight unseen. He was awesome. Josh was professional, responsive, and a great communicator. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. I always felt like I was in good hands. He made the whole process stress-free, including handling unexpected issues with the buyer and managing various repairs. I lucked out stumbling on Josh online! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Josua Has the mediating skills of any seasoned lawyer. He is the reason I was able to purchase my home in Green Valley just a few days ago. I couldn't be there for closing but he handled everything. He took the time to explain all of the various documents. He has patience and smarts. USE him! I recommend a smooth buying or selling experience if you do.

I am an experienced home buyer and seller and very impressed with how smooth Josh made the process for me as a buyer form out of state. He is professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He had to handle some difficult interactions at times and he reacted calmly with respect and patience. He helped me write an intelligent offer because he understands the nuances of the process. Josh knows the local market and throughout the process I was treated as if I were his only client. Best of all, he is kind in a world where that is the highest of compliments. I am grateful that we were able to work together and I highly recommend him. Josh actually made the whole process smooth, easy and fun!

Josh was so knowledgeable and patient. He helped me search for a year to find the perfect home for my budget and life style! He even started me away from homes with issues I didnt see until he showed me. I ended up with a great home at an amazing price. Josh was referred to me by my sister, and is now helping my aunt, uncle and my grandparents as well! I would recommend him to everyone!
