Coldwell Banker Realty

Not long ago Sabrina sold our house up at Possum Kingdom Lake. She was excellent! She is very driven and passionate about what she does. She showed great knowledge and expertise of the area and knew exactly what to do to sell our house. She went above and beyond what was required of the typical real-estate agent. She came highly recommended to us and fully exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a house.

Sabrina was a joy to work with, she is incredibly knowledgeable of the area and extremely responsive. She made the process much easier than it could've been given her expertise and relationship with other realtors in the area. We will definitely use her again in the future!

It was a pleasure working with Sabrina. She was knowledgeable about the area, timely on what needed to be done and very helpful. Her brochures she has made are beautiful and her advice on staging the home for photos was spot on! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

This is our second purchase with Sabrina in the Possum Kingdom area and I can't say enough how much we appreciate her. She is extremly knowledgeable of the area and zero'd in on exactly what we were looking for. She is always quick to respond no matter what day or time. Helped us negotiate a fair deal on the home and helped navigate all the task that need to be completed to close on-time, which leveraged her vast relationships in multiple areas from financing, appraisals, etc which were extra challenging during covid. I'm not sure many could have pulled the tight timeline we were asking for. Highley recommended!

Sabrina has been such a great help in the process of sell my home. I highly recommend her for selling or buying a home - she makes it easy without allot of stress!
