I have bought many homes in my lifetime and I can say without a doubt that Sabrina is by far the best Realtor I have ever worked with. I am relocating from Colorado and as you can imagine looking for a home when you live in a different state can be challenging.I contacted Sabrina, told her what I was looking for, set a time for when I would be in the area. When I arrived Sabrina took the time tell me the history of the area, showed me around the development I was interested in and showed me a number of properties that met my pretty specific criteria. All the properties that Sabrina showed me fit my requirements which allowed me to make a very quick decision.She happened to be the listing agent on many of the properties I asked to look at and since I did not have a Realtor to represent me I asked her to be my Agent as well. Before I left from that first visit I was ready to make an offer on the property.Sabrina is a consummate professional,Though her primary responsibility was to the buyer, Sabrina did a great job remaining neutral, providing me all the information I asked for without compromising herself or the buyer.
