Coldwell Banker Realty

Donna Matula is an exceptional agent and she has our highest recommendations. She is a wonderful, helpful, extremely knowledgeable agent- clever, strategic, market savvy, and super smart. She did a remarkable job for us in a difficult market and we felt we were in very expert hands. Her recommendations for repairmen, movers, packers, etc were also outstanding- every single one! Donna is very special and we felt very very fortunate to have had her successfully and expediently execute the sale of our house.

Donna remained confident, calm and professional during multiple contract negotiations. She is experienced and knowledgeable regarding process and current market trends. I would use the word outstanding to descibe her skills.

We highly recommend Donna Matula. She sold our house in two days! Donna is an honest, reliable and knowledgeable realtor. We were very pleased with the dedication she provided us every step of the way. We knew that we were in good hands with Donna.

I hired Donna 9 yrs ago when I moved to Southbury from Maryland. Donna impressed me with her local knowledge and how hard she worked to make the experience of finding a place to live so much easier. I hired Her again 1n 2016 when I moved to Arizona and again she made my life easier.

Donna was professional, helpful with local resources and knowledgeable about real estate and the Southbury market. She was also willing to do more innovative marketing for our unit, which had been for sale for over a year with other agents.
