We had an outstanding experience with Laura! She took time to understand our needs for a growing familyaEUR"schools, yard space, future bedroomsaEUR"and used that insight to find the perfect home. Our journey took some time, but Laura was understanding of finding the right home for us, not just getting a house. Her deep knowledge of both buying and selling made the process easy to understand and less stressful. She provided clear explanations of every step along the way and was extremely communicative with us. . Laura was reliable and responsive throughout the process, promptly answering calls and messages, scheduling viewings, and keeping us informed at every step. Thanks to her dedication and professionalism, were now settled in the house of our dreams. In addition to being our realtor, Laura became a friend along the way! She has watched our family grow over the past several months, and always considers us as people, not just clients. We highly recommend Laura to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, trustworthy realtor to help you buy or sell your home in New Jersey!!

5 stars across the board!!! Laura helped my wife and I locate our new home in Atco NJ. While this was not normally her typical area it really shows how much she steps up for every client. She went above and beyond making connections, gathering info, and learning the area through multiple avenues. So when we had questions she was able to answer, or she knew exactly who would know the answer. Her experience helped reassure us in some of the tougher decisions and she provided valuable insight all along the way. I think what we really appreciated the most while working with Laura was how much passion she has. She goes above and beyond to accomplish the goals and She truly wants her clients to be happy. It feels like she gets just as much joy when the sale or purchase is finally complete as the clients do. If youre not sure about working with Laura we say dont second guess! Because buying and selling isnt tricky when youre with Sawicki! So happy with our buying experience! Thank you again Laura!

I had a wonderful experience working with Laura during the purchase and sale of our homes. She guided us through every step of the process, handling all the paperwork from initial signing to the final closing of both properties. During our home-buying process, she made herself available to show us the property multiple times whenever we requested. Laura was very proactive in explaining each stage, keeping us informed in advance so we always knew what to expect. This made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She also went above and beyond by assisting us when we were unavailable, taking care of inspections and other important steps on our behalf. I highly recommend Laura to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to her clients.

We worked with Laura to buy our home in Lawrenceville, NJ. Laura was incredibly responsive aEUR" every email, text, or question got a fast, clear answer, which made a huge difference when we were trying to move quickly in a competitive market. Laura was incredibly competent and helpful with the inspection. When some repair items came up, she walked us through exactly what mattered, what was worth negotiating, and what wasn't worth losing the deal over. Instead of just handing us a list of items and leaving us to figure it out, she helped us prioritize, making that part of the process feel completely manageable. Communication never let up aEUR" we always knew what was happening next. Laura made sure we understood our options and felt in control of our decisions every step of the way. We can't recommend Laira highly enough. Having someone this responsive and competent makes all the difference. We'd work with Laura again in a heartbeat.

I can't imagine working with another realtor. Laura was not just helping me buy my first home; she was also a friend, a therapist, and someone I knew always had my best interests. Always. I would work her a million times over
