Weve worked with Joey a couple of times now and would absolutely do it again if we werent so happy with the house he helped us find. Joey is very easy to talk to and brings a laid-back competence to both shopping for and selling houses. He is very knowledgeable on the important stats and statutes we needed, able to answer on the spot most of the time but also willing to look up answers to the million questions we asked him. While we were looking through houses for sale he offered the perfect balance of input, providing the helpful tips and pointers to make sure we didnt miss the important details. But he was also great at giving us the space to take things in, discuss our thoughts without his input, and form our own impressions. He was never pushy and was always willing to talk things through with him or give us extra time when we needed that as well. He was kind and patient with our questions, the pile of listings we wanted to see, and in walking us through the complicated processes of buying and selling.

Just reflecting on our 2025 and all the pros and cons. And I tell you we had no clue that buying our son his 1st home would go so quickly, smoothly and actually fun!!!! I think we found the PERFECT realtor in Joseph!!! 1st wanted to look at a single family home. For the price and our sons needs we quickly realized-no. Joseph suggested Townhomes. We were VERY particular. Had to be close to our sons work as well as aEURoe conveniencesaEUR? as our son doesnt drive. Again Joseph all in same day schedules for us to go look at 5 different options. Something that couldve/wouldve taken us a good week or more to figure out and schedule- BOOM, done and mapped out. By the end of the day we made an offer, following day it was done! I wish everything in life was so simple!!!! Our son absolutely loves his place & the location!!!! We love Joseph - The best, very friendly, professional, timely and gets the job done!! Outstanding!! We were purchasing a house from out of state and could not have done it without Calebs excellent help. He was always available for questions and would promptly answer any time we reached out. He was also very prompt about setting up house tours, and did an excellent job with virtual tours when we were not able to be there in person.
