Coldwell Banker Realty

Keith continues to help me with all of my real estate needs. Currently under contract for a new property, and his professionalism continues to keep me somewhat sane during the process. Highly recommend.

Keith did an excellent job representing my wife and I as our realtor. We build a new home, which has its own set of challenges, and Keith was one step ahead of the game the whole time. His attention to detail is second to none and we felt very comfortable with him communicating on our behalf. Additionally, his vast knowledge of the Philadelphia real estate market sets him apart from other realtors in the area. Wouldn?t consider doing business with anyone else at this point and into the future - Keith?s just that good.

Keith was highly recommended to me by my daughter and son-in-law as he had previously represented them in selling their Philly house and buying in the suburbs. As I had been living in my Philly home for 37 years the decision to sell was not an easy one. Meeting Keith made that decision the right one. His knowledge of the Philadelphia and West Chester markets made the transition a great experience for me. He answered every text and phone call from me (and there were many!!) always in a knowledgeable and helpful manner. His negotiation skills in the selling and buying of my properties was stellar!! I would certainly recommend Keith Stallone to anyone thinking of listing or buying a property. Thank you Keith!!

Highly recommend for anyone buying in Philly. He is very knowledgeable about the market and was able to find what we were looking for in an awesome area. Thanks again for your help, Keith!
