Coldwell Banker Realty

Ben has shown great attention to detail and a professional view to present projects for purchase. I would recommend him for your commercial or residential real estate needs.

We were in a position in which we had to sell our mother's house. It was a house we grew up in with a lot of memories, so it was already a hard decision for us to make. Dalia made it easier to deal with and she took care of everything for us. Thank you Dalia!!

Fantastic agent, going above and beyond our expectations. He truly sets your comfortablity and concerns as his highest priority. He ensures that anything you have a question about it answered quickly, or will find it out as soon as he is able to.

Dalia is an awesome realtor! She definitely went above and beyond the call of duty...and we were tough customers! I will be forever grateful that she was finally able to get us into our home where we wanted to be.

Dalia went above and beyond on multiple complicated issues regarding my new home purchase, such as negotiating new roof and plumbing, addressing minor wood rot, etc. She ran point for scheduling estimates and checking up on repairs as I do not live local yet. She was very helpful throughout the whole process, as well as being accessible and professional.
