Bob and Richelle Ward are a power house together. Bob is the heart of the operation and Richelle is the brains. They work together beautifully and were fully involved from the beginning to the end...and even after I closed. They were recommended to me after the first realtor I was working with totally missed the mark in understand my needs. One of those needs of wanting the agent to be more involved and personable. Well as soon as they gave the Ward's my num Richelle immediately called and that call, followed by a whole bunch of questions I emailed them, made me feel at ease with the buying process. Richelle is very organized and makes the most amazing listing packages for your search. She jokes that they are opinionated and honestly it was all in the best ways. They know the CT area well and are able to inform you what each offers. If they don't know (which was rare) they will find out. Bob has such a generous nature and always wants to make sure your taking care of I honestly don't believe they do it for the money because with Bobs offer of taking care of things they would be broke lol jk. However it shows how generous they are and how money isn't the bottom line for them in saying this I mean they wont force you into any home or transaction your not comfortable with. As a new home buyer and first time owner it became less scary with the Wards they encouraged you every step of the way but never push you are absolutely in control of this journey and they won't abandon you after closing. I would work with them again and recommend them to family/friends.
