Sawsan has helped my wife and I to purchase our dream home in Corona Del Mar. She was cordial, meticulous, knowledgeable, professional, and prompt to respond! If you are seeking to purchase or sell your home in Orange County, I am confident to share that Sawsan will come through and will not disappoint you!

Sawsan did an amazing job in helping me purchase my first home. She was super responsive and worked through all of my requests so quickly. She was able to find me the perfect first house within days of meeting, and once I put an offer in, she helped ensure I closed quickly while making sure the property was properly inspected and all repairs were made. She was so helpful and answered every question I had, and provided great recommendations on additional resources like the inspector, plumbers, etc. I highly recommend working with Sawsan if you are looking to buy a home.

She puts her best efforts and energy to make the deal done. I bought two houses through her and the way how she worked was just amazing. I definitely recommend Saba to work with as your realtor.

I cannot recommend Sawsan highly enough. As someone who has worked with many real estate agents over the years, Sawsan stands out as a true professional who goes above and beyond for her clients. From the moment we started working with Sawsan, it was clear that she was a cut above the rest. Her deep knowledge of the local market, attention to detail, and tireless work ethic were immediately impressive. But what really set her apart was her genuine commitment to finding us the right home, not just any home. When we were starting to get frustrated by the lack of inventory and were tempted to settle, Sawsan persuaded us to be patient and keep looking. She knew that the perfect house for us was out there, and she was determined to find it. Through her extensive network and keen eye, she identified a listing that had just hit the market - a home that checked most of the boxes on our wishlist. Thanks to Sawsan's quick action and skilled negotiation, we were able to secure that dream home. Beyond her impressive skills, what truly distinguishes Sawsan is her character. She has assembled an incredible team of professionals to support her clients, from mortgage lenders/ brokers to contractors. And in working with Sawsan, it's clear that she commands the respect and loyalty of everyone in her orbit. This speaks volumes about the kind of person she is - someone who is not only excellent at her job, but also deeply cares about her clients and does the right thing. If you are in the market for a real estate agent, do yourself a favor and work with Sawsan. She will go to the ends of the earth to find you your perfect home, and will make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible along the way. We are forever grateful to have had her in our corner. Cheers!

Sawsan did outstanding jobs helping us in purchasing a Condo in Irving. Her expertise in this local area is excellent, providing tremendous amount of advices to select the houses that we are interested. She also always gave us honest opinions in order to assist us to make decisions on what we really need or like. She has the patience to answer questions and to facilitate the tough negotiations on the prices and many other closing conditions. And finally, even after the closing, she still provided any assurance we needed in order to renovate and clean up the house before moving in. She was super friendly and great agent that we highly recommend for anyone who seek to purchase properties in this area. She wants to be friend with her customers forever.
