Coldwell Banker Realty

Daniel was the sellers agent for a home I purchased in July, 2017. This was a slightly difficult transaction and he was able to juggle the multiple issues with grace. Not only was he very responsive via email, call, or text - but was also available any time something was needed. Happy Buyer, Nick

Daniel was great to work with... He listened to our wants and needs and matched us with a Beautiful home. It was a pleasure working with a knowledgeable and professional agent throughout the entire process.

Daniel was a stellar representative throughout the process of selling my home. He was patient with me and responded very quickly any time I had a question. He explained things to me and guided me every step of the way.

Daniel is a great realtor. He was quick to respond to questions I had, able to arrange to see houses on short notice, and kept me up to date on the house I was buying. It made it easier to get everything done with out any added stress. He still helping me with things when needed.

I?ve used 6 or 7 Realtors. Daniel was the most knowledgeable Agent I encountered. He found me exactly what I was looking for. Didn?t try to show me something I wasn?t looking for. like my past Realtor. In 1 day we found the one. We put in a bid they countered then we countered. They excepted, one month later I had my dream Condo. Thanks Dan!
