I worked with Vladimir Westbrook in 2020 buying a house. And since I had an phenomenal experience during the buying process I called and asked him to help me sell my house. Summary: After all I can honestly say he is an outstanding real estate agent who knows what he is doing. Vladimir will take care of all the staging work, requirements, the paperwork (e.g. inspections, disclosures and addendums) and more. Working with him will make you feel like being in a one-stop shop. Therefor I can highly recommend him as the best buying and selling agent I know. Let me explain my experience in more detail. I reached out to Vladimir, and he came over to my place and took pictures. These pictures were not meant to be published on the web, he used them to brainstorm ideas with his team for the staging decoration. Two days later he came around with a printed high quality hardback book. The book contained a staging proposal and a detailed market analysis of the area. The analysis compared my property with similar properties in the area and the target prices of sold, pending and active on the market properties. He explained what customers are looking for and what I need to improve to attract a large audience to achieve the best price. However, I did not listen to Vladimirs recommendations, and we started to bring the property on the market. Vladimir scheduled a photo shooting (including a video), the home inspection, pest inspection, home disclosers and all the other paperwork which I do not even remember. The result was a mediocre response. The response was not so well because: please remember I did not implement the recommendation made by Vladimir. At this point in time, I was not sure if all the recommendations were really that important. Therefor I reached out to other real estate agents, recommended by friends. I was not telling them about the information I received from Vladimir. However, each real estate agent told me a couple things I should implement to get a better response and to attract more people. But no real estate agent had this deep knowledge and detailed understanding of the market and the customer needs like Vladimir. I was now convinced the recommended changes must be implemented. After implementing the changes, he scheduled another photo session. The response was phenomenal, way more people came to the open house, and I got a great offer.
