      We first met with David Wissler of Coldwell Banker Realty in the Fall of 2024. At that time, we were interviewing Realtors, as we were relocating to Florida. We interviewed other agents but felt they really undervalued our home, neighborhood and location. David was very diligent and put more time and effort into determining a feasible selling price. He came to us with some great comps and said he was confident he could help us sell our home for the number we had in mind. We were pleased. We discussed the best timing to put the house up for sale, which coincided with our relocation schedule, Spring of 2025. Davids team did an excellent job posting our home.
