As you might imagine, its the specific real estate professional you work with, more than the company, that makes all the difference. Marie Avery-Withers was exceptional, and a perfect match for our situation (being out-of-state and needing someone to be our eyes and ears aEURoeon the groundaEUR? for the property we were selling). In addition, she had strong knowledge of our community. There were countless times during the sales-prep period when Marie dropped everything to check into something at the property, or help manage repair people, or to take pictures for us, so that we knew what was going on.
