We recently had to move my wife's parents into a nursing home and had to sell their house in Lake Havasu. Shannon Madrigal (The A Team, Caldwell Banker) was recommended to us by a friend (and neighbor) of my wife's parents, so we met with her and asked her to be our agent. We live in Idaho. So the process of selling the house was more complex due to the distance involved. From the very beginning, Shannon assured us that she would handle anything and everything that we needed to make the process easier for us. Not only did she fulfill her promises to us as our agent, she also went above and beyond by handling things that were not even her responsibility. She treated us like family and was so good to us that words cannot begin to describe how much her help has meant to us throughout this process. We've bought and sold many houses over the years and have had many different agents. In all of those purchases and sales, we felt as if our agents thought of us as merely another transaction.
