The COVID19 restrictions added an extra twist to an already stressful process of moving from northern to southern California, but we were very fortunate to find Steven. His efforts to have a deeper understanding of what were looking for (which helped us focus on what were *really* wanted), enabled him to effectively filter down the inventory to those worth viewing, reducing Facetime calls and travel. We had just two day trips prior to moving. His experience really does show through, excellent local knowledge and transparency. We couldn't be more happy with our new home.

I have had Steve Rotsart & associates represent me twice in selling a home and a rental property. Every time I have found his marketing up to speed in the internet world of marketing today. His experience and read on the market and buyers is extremely valuable. He is a very good negotiator and intuitive in considering responses. I trust Steve Rotsart. He listened to my concerns, my feedback, my questions and answered all patiently. My ex husband was difficult to reach, and challenging to deal with, and Steve held strong w/ patience ( a near impossibility). Highly recommend Steve Rotsart and his valuable experieince in purchase or sale of your property.

I cant say enough how professional truly caring and knowledgeable Steven is, our house purchase was so smooth and worry free. The house we ended up buying surpassed our expectation, Steven really fights for you and is truly a man of principles honest and hardworking to go beyond your expectation! I highly recommend Steven Rotsart as some one totally dependable, he would surely not disappoint you.

Steve is the best in the industry. He has been our agent for over a decade. He got us into our first home and when it was time to sell and find our forever home we contacted Steve. Within two weeks of listing, we had a full price offer and we were in escrow on our forever home. He made what can be a difficult and stressful process seamless. We are again grateful for all his hard work and results.

My 2nd property sold by Steve. Couldn't ask for a better agent! He presented the property very well and got very involved in the inspection process on our behalf. Also negotiated a number of good agreements for us on the sale. We are VERY happy! Rico Fowler
