Janice made the whole process of selling our property as frictionless and fruitful as one could hope for. From establishing an asking price, to preparing the property, to creating both traditional and digital advertising, through negotiating with the buyers, and finally to signing the final documents, her professionalism and experience proved to be quite valuable to us. Would we use her again? Absolutely. Even if my little brother became an agent and wanted to represent us, I think I would still have to go with Janice McGlashan. She knows the area extremely well, appears to know everyone in the area, lives in the area, and her market knowledge is phenomenal. In the end, the most important thing when dealing with decisions of this magnitude is trust. Was not happy with our dealings with Janice. We felt the sale process was rushed and ended up being more expensive than we expected. Overall I would not use Janice in future real estate transactions.
