I have had the great pleasure of working with Arthur Kaufman, who represented me as the buyers agent. Ever since the beginning of my search for my first home, he has always proven to be knowledgeable in the area and very responsive. If I wanted to see a couple of houses, he would immediately get back to me and schedule viewings as soon as possible. I specifically searched for a condominium, and I was very impressed with Arthurs knowledge of condominiums in general, as well as the Jersey City area, where I searched. When I was finally able to find a home I liked, Arthur was very helpful in guiding me and informing me of best practices for making the offer. He was also able to help me get to an offer price close to what I wanted, which the seller ultimately accepted. From the point of my offer acceptance, to closing, which took less than 2 months, Arthur has been incredible, and really made the overall process easy and smooth for me, making me feel like the 2 months went by in a breeze. His vast network of professional contacts really came in handy, when he referred me to various lawyers, inspectors, lenders, and insurance providers to choose from. Every single one of his recommended contacts was a perfect match for me, and they all seemed to also highly respect Arthur as well. My lawyer specifically told me that all of Arthurs closings that shes been a part of, has gone very quickly and smoothly with no issues. I truly recommend Arthur for anyone looking to purchase a home in the Jersey City area.

I would recommend Art in a heartbeat. My husband and I just purchased our Jersey City condo with his help and we can?t be happier!
