I was referred to Ron Pickett, a Realtor and I am so glad I was. I had been looking for a home for several months. I did not have an actual Realtor because I could not seem to find one that could or would consistently help me find a home. Ron was the first to really listen to me. Find out exactly what kind of house I was looking for and where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched my criteria, made sure I knew about it immediately. . Ron always made the time. If it wasnt exactly when I asked it was within a half an hour and he was always already at the home and waiting for me with answers to any questions I might have about it. If he did not know the answer, he found it, then and there. Mr. Picket is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. I was very picky when it came to finding my home. It took 5 months. Ron worked hard for me and never gave up even when I almost did. I am happy to say I am in my first home now, thanks to Rons efforts and Im very grateful. I love my new home. I would recommend Ron Pickett to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, the client, gets exactly the home you are looking for rather than quickly trying to sell you for a commission and move on and will work hard to make sure that you not only find a house, but your home.

Lisa was referred to us by our lender, and we couldn't have asked for a better fit. She quickly grasped what we were looking for in a home and set about finding options. That was really important, because we didn't have time to waste.Lisa was tenacious, helping us submit strong offers on the first few possibilities. She helped us negotiate repairs following the inspection and secured a home warranty paid for by the seller. She even followed up with a utility company regarding an outstanding issue to ensure we weren't left to deal with it after moving in.While all of these things added up to a great home-buying experience for us, it was Lisa's communication skills and follow-through that we most appreciated. She responded quickly to our questions, and explained arcane real estate processes clearly and concisely.If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, can tap into local resources and relationships, and will support you in your search for a new home, Lisa is the best partner you could ask for.

Where to start! Michelle is not only a great agent, but a awesome human being! Selling my house was so daunting but Michelle made the process seamless. Selling a house doesnt just happen in a vacuum; rather, most every home seller is juggling buying/ renting a new home or renovating another property at the same time. So it was such a relief that after interviewing MANY realtors, Michelle fit what i needed She explained ALL steps and what was ahead. She kept me in the loop every step of the way and made sure that all open houses/ private viewings worked with my schedule. above all else Michelle was very respectful of my time and privacy. I always felt that she was the linebacker and quarterback , blocking and coordinating all transactions with my best interest in mind. I never felt that this was JUST another house she needed to sell. Whenever i had and anxieties or questions, Michelle was only one call or text away-Never too busy to quickly respond. I know this review might sound TOO glowing but it is all true and with her years of experience, Michelle helped sell my house in 30 days. The Icing on the cake was how flexible Michelle was with the commission rate. With all she does, I would have paid her more !
