Everything went smoothly, my house was sold in a tough market for home sellers so I was very pleased. Documents were sent instantly by email when she said theyd be there and signing everything was way simpler than I had done even a few years ago. Very streamlined, very fast, very professional. She has a ton of patience with us even though when we were looking at buying a house we had her open up like 10 homes for us to tour.
