Coldwell Banker Realty

Pam Bates sold us our house 10 years ago when we moved to the area, and it was such a positive experience that when we were ready to sell, we called her up immediately. A terrific mix of professional and personal, Pam is a real estate agent who also can act as a therapist and a contractor referral service. We had a few stressful house emergencies very close to closing, and Pam helped us connect with professionals for quick and high-quality repairs - the whole time, keeping her cool and helping us keep ours. I can't say enough- she's worth her weight in gold.

We had a wonderful experience buying our home in Hingham with Pam. We were moving to Hingham from out of state, and Pam helped us take advantage of the limited time we had while visiting Hingham to see homes and ultimately get an offer accepted. Pam provided exceptional service and expertise, and was incredibly knowledgeable of the market. She was also super helpful in recommending vendors for the small projects we had done post-close. Highly recommend Pam to anyone looking to buy (or sell) a home!

Pam has a deep knowledge and understanding of the local marketplace. She is responsive, attentive and flexible. We saw many listings with Pam during the search for our home, and throughout the process she had a high degree of knowledge on each property we saw and always made us feel supported. When it came time for to place an offer, she provided expert guidance to us. Pam made us feel like a priority during this process and we truly appreciate her and her expertise. We cannot recommend Pam enough. In addition to the above, we ended up having a great time finding our home with Pam! She made a stressful process as enjoyable as it could be and we always looked forward to communicating with her. Thanks for helping us find our home, Pam!

Working with Pam was SUCH a pleasure. She was endlessly knowledgable, professional and truly cared about our buying experience. Her expertise and years in the business proved to be invaluable in our home search. I truly don't think we could have done it without her! I will continue to recommend her to anyone buying a house in the future and will certainly use her services again if we choose to sell.

Pam Bates is a true professional, and we recommend her highly as a realtor. She guided us with grace, helpful insights, and confidence throughout the selling process. Her experience and knowledge of the South Shore is outstanding. We have bought and sold many properties over the decades -- Pam is by far among the very best in the business.
