I have never sold a house before and was completely in the dark on what was involved. What was the value of the house, how much do I ask, do I try and sell it by myself? These were just a few of the questions I was asking myself. Over whelmed, I decided to hire a realtor. I was so lucky to find Eyvonne. Regardless of the many questions I may have had, she was always ready to answer them. She researched the sale of similar houses and told me what I could expect to get for my house. Not only did she hit the target price she exceeded it! Her negotiating skills with the buyer were excellent. On the outset Eyvonne advised me on what repairs I needed to make to maximize the sale price. Not only that but she oversaw the repairs and hired reputable workers. So often when you need someone to preform a service, your experience ends up from disappointed to somewhat satisfied. I have made recommendations in the past but have never felt this strongly in my recommending Eyvonne. If there were a sixth star to these ratings she would get it.
