I cant figure out how to put into words how special and amazing Ashlee is. If you need your house sold fast, she can accomplish this. If you need to buy a house, she does her homework and knows everything about the house, the neighborhood and even the types of jobs in the surrounding areas. Shes amazing and has been incredible to work with!

Ashlee is an awesome realtor! She is punctual, communicative, and an effective negotiator. There were some issues with the house and she was able to justify the reduction in price. She is trustworthy and seeks the best for her clients. If you were buying a house in Broward, highly suggest her as a realtor!

We feel so lucky to have connected with Ashlee as our realtor in the search of our first investment property. She was the best realtor I have ever worked with. She was honest, thorough, intelligent, and very pleasant to work with. She took her time with us and was always available to help. She connected us with vendors along the way that were crucial in our steps to close. I will definitely use Ashlee again in the future!

It was fantastic to work with Ashlee. She made the home buying experience very straight forward and easy. She answered all of my questions with professionalism and courtesy and I was able to close on a house very quickly. Her expertise and local knowledge gave me confidence on purchasing a house to fit my needs. I would recommend her to my friends and would use her services again in the future.

Ashlee is a consumate professional and a Godsend. She is knowledgeable, responsive, proactive and kind. My condo was under contract in less than 48 hours after listing, for over list price in today's challenging market. Her business acumen and aplomb made the entire process a true joy. I highly recommend her. She is a true asset to Coldwell Banker Realty.
