Coldwell Banker Realty

Dan is a very knowledgeable, competitive realtor. He helped my wife and I find a townhome that fits us perfectly. The fact that we found a livable home in this market with Dans guidance and knowledge speaks to Dans skills and abilities. I will be recommending him during any and all interactions I have with potential home buyers/sellers. Thank you for everything, Dan!

Dan was excellent and exceeded our expectations in all aspects of selling our home. He was honest and showed sincere interest in our needs during the process, he was never concerned about his desires, only the needs of our family while selling. I would absolutely recommend Dan for selling our purchasing a home without question. A great, honest person!

Dan was amazing! He helped us get a great first home even with a smaller budget. He was willing to help answer all our questions and find a house that fit our needs/wants.

We called Dan Nix to sell our home and also buy one in a new location recently. We were very impressed with his attention to detail, availability when we had questions, and his willingness to take on issues that arose. We referred him to our family members who were also impressed.
