Bela is an excellent realtor and I highly recommend her. We are first time home buyers (me and my fiancA(C)) and after moving here from another area, and a sour experience with our first realtor, we sought a realtor who would better understand our situation, needs, budget, and a good negotiator. Found bela and decided to go with her, and immediately impressed by her ability. For about 4 months, bela and her team relentlessly worked to understand our budget/needs/financial ability and secure us a deal. She understood our requirements, our nice to haves, and did not waste time to find the right home for us. From numerous showings to offers, she was able to secure the perfect home for us that we are very happy with at a price that's hard to beat meeting/exceeding our requirements. Beyond that, because we are relatively young millennials, she gave us advice like a mother would. Her negotiation skills are excellent and she cares about her clients. Although there were some miscommunication/understanding at the end from the lender, bela and her team worked diligently (behind the scenes) to close the deal, make sure all the boxes are checked, and make an (at times) stressful, obscure process as easy as possible. We (and our family) thank Bela and her team for the efforts, and we highly recommend her to our friends/family/potential home buyers who are unsure. We truly believe she is one of the best in the business. We are glad we went with her.
