Coldwell Banker Realty

Matt is the best for a reason. Selling my house was honestly so much smoother and easier than I ever expected. I'm very Type A and like to know whats happening and what comes next, and Matt was fantastic at keeping me updated and informed throughout the entire process. Scheduling was easy, communication was great, and not once did I feel lost or unsure about where things stood. My house sold much faster than I expected, and I truly believe Matts knowledge of marketing, pricing, and negotiating played a huge part in that. He was also honest about what would help the house sell quickly and what was actually worth doing, which I really appreciated. He knows the market, communicates incredibly well, and takes care of his clients from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy or sell. He made what could have been a stressful process feel incredibly easyaEUR"and I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Greg is an amazing realtor. He helped me buy my beautiful new condo and walked me through every step of the process. His expertise, knowledge and communication was outstanding. He also shows genuine compassion and concern for his clients. Greg still reaches out to see how everything is going with me, even after Ive been in my new home for three months. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking for a realtor! I could not have done it without him. Thanks Greg!

Matt B. sold an estate home for me in Austin.A He did an excellent job from start to finish. I was out of state when the house was on the market and he was an excellent communicator which was one of the attributes I really needed. He helped me price the property, deal with a couple of unexpected repair issues and answered any questions I had during the process in a very timely manor.A The escrow went smoothly and we closed on time.A I would definitely hire him again for my real estate needs !A A

We used Matt Bartholomew to both sell our home outside of the twin cities and to purchase a home in Austin, MN. Along with both of us finding new jobs, we had little time and energy for this home selling/purchasing process. Thank goodness for Matt. He calmly led us through the process, communicated quickly and thoroughly and always had time for us. He made us feel as if we were his only client. If you want someone you can trust and depend upon, then Matt is your agent. Highly recommended!
