Patient, honest, kind, Patient, trustworthy, respectful, and did I mention Patient? These are just a few words to describe Joe as a realtor and more importantly as a person. I met Joe randomly at an open house when I started my home search, and we clicked right away. Once he heard what I was looking for we began a long search in a very bizarre marketplace. Over the next 5 months or so he patiently took me on tour after tour of houses and never once pushed me on something that I didn?t feel was right for me, even if he knew there was nothing wrong with the house. He treated me with respect and kindness and felt as bad as I did as we got outbid on several occasions. There were a few times I wanted to throw in the towel, but Joe?s determination and positive outlook kept me in the game and I?m so glad I did. I?ll be closing on a house this week that I truly love and am so happy. Once our offer was accepted, he made sure everything that needed to get done and get us to closing was done, quickly, efficiently and with as minimal fuss to me as the buyer as possible. Joe also comes with an amazing contact list, need a Lawyer, no problem, a great home inspector, you got it, a roofer you say, well here you go. Every single person he referred me to was top notch and so incredibly nice and easy to work with. Everything that Joe did for me from the search to the closing has always been in my best interest. I can honestly say that he cared about me, my needs and made sure I wasn?t taken advantage of in any way. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone. He is the best of the best!!

It is without hesitation that I highly recommend Giuseppe Joe DiMaggio as your agent if you are buying or selling a home. I met Joe when I was selling my home FSBO this past November. He was the buyers realtor. Joe has now become my agent and someone I truly trust. I took on the challenge of not having a realtor when selling my home because of the present market. Joe not only made sure the best interest of the buyers of my home where met, but he also followed through on everything on my end so that the sale went through quickly and worry free. At that point, I needed a place to live until I decided what and where my more permanent address would be. He offered his services as a realtor if I needed help to find a place to rent monthly or yearly. The time and energy he spent helping me rent did not lessen. His work ethic and commitment to you is the same whether you buy or rent even though the money in his pocket is obviously much different. A winter rental was found and Joe stayed in contact with me. As Spring approached he was quickly back at it trying to help me find a yearly rental which then turned into the possibility of purchasing in a 55+ community. He is an active listener and came to understand my needs. Through the whole process I found Joe to be an honest person who is committed to finding the best place for you, but in no way is he ever pushy. As his client you are on his mind 24/7 and will keep everyone else from the lawyers, to the title company, to the other realtor in check so you are being served in a timely and efficient manner. I was pleasantly surprised by how many calls Joe made on my behalf to make sure everyone was doing their job. I was also grateful to be able to put some of my lifes biggest decisions in his capable hands. I did end up purchasing a home in a 55+ community. I am endlessly grateful for all the times he went beyond what he needed to to ease my nerves and guide me through the whole process. After all is said and done Joe does not forget you. He checks in to make sure all is going well. Joe DiMaggio is better than the best and I walk in gratitude for having met him. My recommendation to others would be to make time today to get in touch with Joe if you need a real estate agent.
