Well-educated in the current market & if there's something she doesn't know, be reassured she'll find out. It is obviously apparent that her clients come 1st & foremost. I'm a 1st time buyer & I couldn't imagine having a better experience. Patty took me by the hand (virtually) & leading me through the entire process from start to finish. Answering any & all questions along the way. And I had a lot! I needed a lot of hand-holding & guidance. Patty helped me find my dream home, while keeping all my needs & wants in mind.
