Julia was fantastic!! She helped me and my boyfriend with renting a townhome in Hopkins area and was a joy to work with! Julia was flexible with our situation being out of state and very responsive. This was our first time renting a townhome so she helped us through the process and gave honest feedback/advice so we could close the deal. Highly recommend!

I was in a hurry to find a new home, as my current house sold and the buyer wanted a fast close. Julia jumped into action to assist me with touring places. I wasn't totally sure about what I wanted, which could have been frustrating, but she was professional and helped me look at a good number of places. When I found the townhome I loved, she put the offer together immediately which was key to my closing. Can't say enough!!

I have rented many times in my life and I have never had such a personal and dedicated agent to help me as Julia. She was so responsive and worked hard for my family and I. I would 10/10 recommend Julia for anyone looking for a realtor, you would not be disappointed!

Julia helped us find a great tenant. She has since helped us with retaining them and re-signing them twice! She is very professional, very responsive, and very knowledgeable. She has a deep understanding of the rental contract. She puts an extremely professional face on the front of our single rental property business. Julia is great to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a professional to help them find and secure a good tenant.
