We cannot say enough good things about Julia as our realtor. My fiancA(C) and I recently bought our first home with Julias help. She spent so much time explaining the process, scheduling showings, researching homes and informing us of market trends and what it would take to have an offer accepted. Along with this, she never went outside of our price range and worked quickly and diligently to negotiate the exact offer we put in- she helped us into an offer that we were beyond comfortable with and kept us updated at every point along the way- she was up at 11:00 pm as we submitted our offer and followed up with updates right away the following morning until our offer was accepted (that same day)!
