Coldwell Banker Realty

Barbara is the consummate real estate professional. From the first time my wife and I met her (in the middle of a snow storm) she guided us through the stressful process of purchasing our new home. Barbara always gave us the pros and cons of the various homes we looked at. She is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, patient, full of energy and an all around nice person. She stayed on top of things and always followed up, without us ever feeling that she was pushing us. Barbara knows the market as well as any real estate broker we've ever worked with and we highly recommend her for your real estate needs in the Candlewood Lake area.

We have worked with Barb for a number of years, including renting our lake home and ultimately selling it. Barb and her husband Arnie are highly knowledgeable, professional, and continued to work until the process was done. Highly recommended!

Barbara did an outstanding job negotiating the sales price for the house. Her local knowledge and expertise were invaluable in understanding the market around Candlewood Lake and the regulatory requirements for lakefront property.
