Michael Cummiskey is a homebuyer?s dream real estate agent! He was incredibly timely, extremely professional, diligently detail-oriented, and amazingly knowledgeable. He was attentive to both our preferences and budget, in addition to helping us navigate the home buying process with a physician?s loan. His enthusiasm for real estate and his passion for helping his clients made our home buying journey a smoother, stress-free, and delightful experience. Michael was very transparent and responsive in helping us with every step of the way. He was always available to thoroughly answer our questions. In fact, he was able to help us avert potential difficulties that we would not have noticed on our own, as well as aid us in navigating any unexpected issues that arose. He is a true advocate for his clients and will always go above and beyond. I would 100% recommend Michael in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a realtor!

I recently sold my first house with Michael. I cant express enough how above and beyond Michael went to make the experience a VERY positive one. My house needed some upgrades to get into better selling condition. Michael was instrumental in suggesting the right upgrades and really orchestrated everything down to the very minute detail to get the work done in a timely manner. The house turned out gorgeous and I could not have done it without his support. He has an excellent understanding of all aspects of the selling process. Being my first time selling, I felt like I had a true partner along the way. He was so communicative at all times and helped alleviate stress when I needed it most! I couldnt be more thankful and grateful for his expertise! I would recommend Michael to anyone that is trying to sell a home - he will do whatever it takes!
