At a mutual friend's recommendation, I worked with Chris to sell an investment property (that was fairly run down) that was roughly two hours away from me. Because of this I wasn't able to be completely involved in everything, but that didn't matter because Chris has many contacts and was able to effectively handle everything that needed to be done all while getting us a very good offer within a very quick time frame. Once we began the selling process, we were able to get a solid offer and close everything within about one month. Daniele was incredibly responsive to all our requests. She was always available and made sure our questions for the seller and agent were communicated quickly. She helped us get the best price and suggested we ask the seller/listing agent for some additional conscessions that we didn't even think about. Daniele walked us through each step of the entire escrow and closing process.
