As first time home-buyers, the whole process could have been daunting and terrifying? working with Cory we felt taken care of. We could ask any ?dumb? question and she?d respond right away with an answer, not making us feel embarrassed about it. She also has plenty of recommendations for companies/people if we didn?t know who to hire as a lender, inspector and title company, etc., so we didn?t have to sweat finding the correct parties at any given time in the process. She was also very accommodating with our professional schedules being wacky. We highly recommend working with Cory when looking for a home because she made the whole process bearable.

Cory is awesome! We started looking in the Spring of 2021 in a time when the market was not in the buyer?s favor by any means. She looked at dozens of homes with us. She was eager and always available to show us each one and so patient with us when each wasn?t ?the one.? She was transparent and trustworthy and we never felt like she was just ?trying to make a sale.? We really felt that she had a vested interest in making sure we were completely happy and comfortable and had all the necessary info to make a confident and responsible purchase. When we found ?the one? she was supportive every step of the way, answering every question we had and making sure everything we needed before closing was handled. She is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and we can?t recommend her enough!
