I don't even know where to start! Grace is just AMAZING!!! She is knowledgeable, responsible, personable, intelligent, always positive, and hardworking! She goes above and beyond, takes care of everything, and makes the entire process so simple for us! We got an unbelievably good deal because of her negotiation skills. She has been our agent since 2015 when we bought our first house. And this year, we just bought our 3rd house with her. She is extremely knowledgeable and has answers to all our questions, regarding the house, location, loan process, and everything else (yes, literally everything - like we asked her how to roll up the window blind and she knew the answer too lol). We love her not only because of her expertise in real estate but more importantly, for who she is. She is a person with integrity and always has the best interest of her clients.
