Coldwell Banker Realty

We tried selling our Auburn home with a different realtor a few years ago - we didn't even get one showing! We signed with Parris Krygsman who found a buyer for our home the first week we listed with him - cash offer/14 day close and at the price we wanted! What a difference. Additionally, Parris did a remarkable job smoothly navigating the sell. I could not recommend an agent more highly. His attention to detail and knowledge of the market was so appreciated. He was immediately responsive to all of our questions along the way. His suggestions for staging a marketing were spot on! For us, he is a Top Agent in real estate!

I cannot recommend Paris highly enough! I recently purchased a home with Pariss help, and despite numerous challenges and delays from the seller's side, the entire process felt manageable. Paris is incredibly organized and stayed ten steps ahead of every potential issue. The communication was seamlessaEUR"I always knew exactly where we stood and what needed to happen next. If you want a realtor who is professional, proactive, and a true advocate for their clients, look no further than Paris.

Parris is a fantastic realtor. We ended up switching to him after a subpar experience with another realtor; what a night and day difference. He was very perceptive to our wants/needs in houses, and was very responsive to calls/texts. He clearly knows his stuff, and was able to negotiate us a fantastic deal on the home we closed on. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and he answered all of them without making us feel dumb. If you're looking for a realtor, Parris is your guy!

Parris went far beyond his duties to sell my house. There were a ton of issues found in the inspections and Parris took care of finding the people and managing them to get the work done to sell the house. It took a couple of months of hard work. Parris managed it all. He is the most knowledgeable agent that I ever worked with, and 100% professional. He knows the market explicitly and gives very good advice as the process moves forward. I highly recommend him. He managed to sell my house in a down market in winter. He's the best.

Parris is wonderful to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has a team of very competent people ensuring a successful outcome. Parris works efficiently and with integrity. If you want the best experience with a realtor, work with Parris!
