Coldwell Banker Realty

Tracie sold our house quick and with her expertise got us top dollar. We used her on the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. Top notch all around.

I can not begin to describe how knowledgeable and informative Tracie is with buying a home. She made the entire process seem effortless. She stays on top of every step in the process and responds very quickly to any situations that occur. I have had realtors in the past that can't even come close to comparing. I would highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a home.

Tracie listened to what I wanted in my new home and therefore we purchased our home on the first day of showings. I highly recommend Tracie. She was able to make the home-buying process easy.

I hired Tracie Hurley to sell my property. She had it sold to the second party to view the property for more money than I could have ever dreamed! Thank you Tracie Hurley. She has earned my full faith and confidence in her abilities.
