Coldwell Banker Realty

Linda sold our home for close to asking in just under a week. Our move was unexpected due to a job change and we had only lived in our home for 18 months. Linda had helped us with the purchase of the home and I credit her dedication and superior negotiation skills on both transactions for helping us maximize our investment and actually turn a profit on the sale. Buying in our area is about the North Shore lifestyle and Linda truly knows how to sell that lifestyle. Even more than the financial outcome, we were very grateful for the superior level of service that Linda provided. She took great care with her pricing recommendations and spent a lot of time working with us to get the house staged. Throughout the process she communicated with me effectively and made sure that every single agent or buyer that wanted to see our home could, even when it meant changing her own plans at the last minute. She understood that she wasn?t just selling our house in Northfield, but she was selling New Trier schools, the park district, the country clubs and so much more. She made sure every buyer that came into our home was accompanied by her or by an agent who could communicate those selling points. She?s a gem and I highly recommend her.

We have worked with Linda Martin to buy and sell many homes over the years. She has always impressed us with her energy, professionalism and personal attention. On many occasions, Linda has gone that extra mile to make things happen and has helped seal deals that were, frankly, at times unimaginable. Lindas attention to detail, flexibility, and endless patience, not to mention her broad experience, make her the excellent broker she is. It has been a gift to us to have Linda on our side, both as buyers and sellers; she truly is an asset to her clients to whom she gives her very, very best!

Linda Martin of Coldwell Banker has been an amazingly helpful realtor with spot on attention to detail and a catalog of qualified vendors to solve every possible issue that came up. Nothing fazed her. She guided us through complications without upsetting anyone involved in the property transfer and kept it from being a battle ground despite a less than reasonable seller.

Linda must have showed us over 100 homes! We were new to the area and she really took the time to make sure we saw everything that there was to see so we could make a good decision about which North Shore community we wanted to live in. She not only showed us homes, but showed us all of the other parts of the North Shore lifestyle - parks, schools, clubs, good restaurants. Shes a very caring and warm person and Im so glad to know her.

Linda was considerate and patient and did very well in negotiating the price I wanted for my house. I would definitely hire her again as my agent and have recommended her to friends.H. J.
