I have bought and sold several homes, but I have never been as impressed with an agent as I was with John. Selling my home and buying a new home became an urgent need for me and my family very quickly. John was referred to me by a friend, the next day he was at my house with comps and a plan to get my house on the market and sold quickly in the price range I was hoping for. He had contacts for and scheduled all of the trades people we needed to do work on the house, helped schedule and met with inspectors, and even staged the house for free. He sold the house within 3 days of listing with only 1 open house getting us a great buyer. After guiding me through all of the next steps, he found our next home, maneuvered through an interesting situation with tenants, and we will be moving in soon! We met John when we contacted him regarding a piece of property that he was showing, which wasn?t a great fit for our family. John did a great job of asking us about what we were interested in, learning about our family, and trying to understand what would be a good fit for us. He showed us a few houses and we made an offer on one of the first few that we saw, but unfortunately, we were outbid and pretty bummed. John coached us through the process and helped us remain positive. He ended up finding an even better home for us, which turned out to be our dream home. John not only helped us land our dream home, but he also helped us sell the house that we were living in. We had a strong open house and received 5 offers all over asking the first weekend that we listed the house. John guided us through the offers and ultimately helped us choose which one made the most sense for us to move forward with. We had a wonderful experience working with John, he?s a great communicator, a good person, and a very funny guy. He went above and beyond every step of the way, so we feel very fortunate to have met him, and look forward to working with him again one day!

John helped Us by our first home in Novato California. We looked for about 9 months until John was able to negotiate an off market sale in the height of the housing market crisis of 2022, he helped guide us through inspections and title companies making our first home purchase exciting but stress-free. After looking at a few homes with John he got a sense for what we needed and helped us selectively pick houses to tour so we didnt waste our time looking at houses that didnt work for us. Aside from his realtor skills, we greatly enjoyed Johns company and sense of humor.
