Coldwell Banker Realty

Dana helped list & sell our home for full asking price, guiding us through the entire process. She also patiently helped us find our new home. We knew we wanted something unique and it was not an easy find. But she successfully helped us find the perfect new home. Dana is knowledgeable in all areas necessary to ensure our interests were protected as the seller & buyer. We highly recommend Dana whether buying, selling or both! She is professional, honest, knowledgeable and super sweet. Truly a pleasure to work with!

Dana has helped us find a place twice sense we have moved to Florida and if and when we decide to buy she will definitely be the one Ill call. She was very knowledgeable in all the hoops you have to jump through to get a lease and follows it through to the end. Has contacted me to check and see how things are going. Very thorough and thoughtful easy to work with. Have recommended to others. She came out of her way to help us find a place. Cant wait to work with her again. She made the process seem so easy.

Dana was recommended to my wife and I after we moved to south Florida. Dana really takes the time to help you find properties that fit what you are looking for. She also has a team around her that will help you through the entire buying process. As long as Dana is in real estate she will be our agent of choice in south Florida.

I found Dana after a neighbor used her and I had to have her help release me from a contract with another difficult realtor. I had spent way too many months with no help and hardly any showings. Until I found Dana! It was like a miracle. What a difference. She changed my listing immediately and the showings happened. She communicated all the time, helped me negotiate, pays attention to details and is very friendly. Shes such a hard worker! We sold in a few months. It was incredible and I was so grateful because I had already moved and bought another condo out of state. She can handle it all. I recommend her highly. Thanks Dana. Youre great.

The best realtor in south Florida. As a new home owner Dana was very patient with my picky wife and directed us to an amazing mortgage broker and helped set up all inspections. She is amazing and I will use her for all future purchases for the rest of my life
