Coldwell Banker Realty

I purchased a home in Sedona as an investment. I live out of state. From the first day of showings, to the final close, Lauren was there as a partner. She provided guidance on positioning the opening offer. She provided excellent insight on the close process, which was critical for someone out of state. She was responsive to emails, at almost any day or time. Having lived in Sedona her entire life, she knows the market like a person might know the layout of his/her own home. It was a first rate experience. It could not have gone better!!! Thank you, Lauren!

Lauren is great to work with! I've used her twice now, once to buy and once to sell. She goes above and beyond to make sure the process is as smooth as possible. She's a true local to the Verde Valley, so definitely someone you want representing you! Thanks Lauren!

Lauren was a definite asset as we navigated through the process of buying our dream home. She is knowledgeable, personable, professional, client oriented and went above and beyond what other realtors would do. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to relocate.

Lauren listened to our wants and needs and went out of her way to ensure we got more than we bargained for. If you need a realtor, Lauren is your girl...
