I met Mike at an Open House a few weeks before we decided to sell our home. I was so impressed I set aside some well established relationships with other realtors and went with him to list our home. My trust in Mike was rewarded many times. From the beginning of the process through the end, Mike was not only a wealth of information but was available through every step of the process for us. Using his expertise and information, we listed our house at the top dollar we thought it could bear, and Mike had it under contract in TWO WEEKS and one day! In those fifteen days, Mike had conducted two open houses and numerous showings. Mike even went above and beyond in helping an interested party whose house was listed For Sale by Owner at no extra benefit to him. That person is who eventually bought our house, after Mike helped them sell theirs for no commission whatsoever; he did it simply to help us sell our house. I might add that they bought our house at $900 under full price after Mike guided us through the negotiation process. I must also mention how Mike called me at least 8 times while on his vacation when a potential problem in the closing process arose. He answered every text, e-mail and phone call while on vacation. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that this man will work harder for you than any other realtor out there.
