Coldwell Banker Realty

Claudia is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with! She went above and beyond in every aspect of her job and made the entire experience so much easier and more enjoyable. She was incredibly accommodating, helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. She didnt just help with the real estate side of thingsaEUR"she even took the time to help me pick out finishes for my new home, and her guidance and attention to detail were invaluable. Claudia truly cares about her clients, and it shows in everything she does. She consistently went the extra mile and made me feel supported every step of the way. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to purchase a new home or sell their current one. Her negotiation skills are top notch. Claudia is simply the best, and I would work with her again in a heartbeat!

Claudia helped us sell our house and she was outstanding. She gave us great advice on where to spend money to prep the house and where it was not worth spending money. We moved out of state before our house went on the market, so she handled overseeing all the prep work. When there was a problem, she always had a quick solution to suggest. She kept the process moving. When the offers came in, she had some great advice on how to evaluate them and select the best one for us. We could not be happier and we highly recommend her.
