She is incredibly knowledgeable about her properties, competent and very quick to get back to you, always with the right answer. Halley is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. She provided excellent advice on pricing and the overall market situation. She marketed our apartment well, using an experienced photographer to create an appealing listing and also sent out a postcard with property description to everybody in the neighborhood. Halley is a very busy agent, but she was tireless with showings, immediately responded to texts and has time to discuss the status and to make suggestions for the next steps. But what really makes her different and special is that she is a kind person: When I wasnt sure that we made a right decision about turning down an offer, she spent time talking to me and explaining why it was the best approach. There are many other examples! Halley sold our apartment and shepherded it through the complexities of the Coop approval process. I feel lucky that we chose Halley.

I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with this realtor. I contacted Halley to request basic information about a studio apartment in a co-op, and her attitude was dismissive and inappropriate. She did not ask any qualifying questions and instead refused to provide information outright. The interaction felt discriminatory and unwelcoming. I would not recommend working with her, and Coldwell Banker should be aware of how this reflects on their firm.
